Brewery, Food Court & More!

Violet’s Garage is more than an event venue—it’s a growing food, drink, and entertainment destination in Historic Downtown Kissimmee. Inside, you’ll find Violet’s Venom Brewery, along with a full commercial kitchen that supports both our brewery restaurant and private-event catering.

And we’re still growing. Our developing Food Court will bring several different food concepts together in one location, with convenient walk-up windows, shared guest seating, take-out and third-party delivery. Some kiosks will feature Violet’s own concepts, while others are available for independent food businesses looking for a unique place to launch or expand. Learn more about renting a kiosk here

The Violet’s Venom Brewery Test Kitchen is where we experiment with menu ideas and test dishes that may eventually become part of our future food kiosk concepts. Guest favorites so far include Texas Chili, Chipotle Smashburgers, pizzas with a variety of toppings, tostadas, nachos, loaded French fries, Cincinnati Chili, Vegetarian Chili, and more.

We’re also a family-friendly space, inside and out. Kids can enjoy coloring and games indoors, then head outside for fresh-air play and lawn toys.

Dogs are welcome in our outdoor patio areas. Because we operate an in-house kitchen, pets are not permitted inside the brewery itself.
