Violet’s Venom Brewery’s Test Kitchen

Violet’s Garage, our event venue, contains Violet’s Venom Brewery & an in-house kitchen. The kitchen supports our catering, and public restaurant hours. Also under construction are Food Kiosks that will have different concepts, walk-up windows & delivery.

Violet’s Venom Brewery Test Kitchen includes items that we are testing for the future kiosks. Guest favorites so far include our Texas Chili, Chipotle Smashburgers, Pizza (varieties of toppings), Tostadas, Nachos, Loaded French Fries, Texas Chili, Cincinnati Chili, Vegetarian Chili & more! Kids are welcome inside & out. We provide coloring & games to keep their minds busy, and toys on the lawn for fresh air play. Dogs are welcome outside on the patio, but not in the brewery itself since we have the in-house kitchen.
