Violet’s Venom Brewery provides tech-enabled casual self-service. When you visit Violet’s Venom Brewery, you’ll order food using a QR code that you will find on your table. First “test” of this ordering system is May 30th, 2025.

For the tapwall, you can pour your own beer using an RFID card that you fill up at the Tapwall Ambassador station.

Wine, Non-alcoholic beer, spritzers and other canned products can be purchased from the bartender at the bar inside.

How to Order Food

Food can be ordered through QR code scanning. You’ll scan a QR code at the table to browse the digital menu, place food orders, and often pay directly through your phone:

1) Scan the code

2) Create a profile with your cell phone number so that you can receive order ready texts

3) Select items & pay online - you should get a confirmation text that the order has been accepted

4) You should also get a text when the order is ready.

5) Step up to the kitchen window to get your order. There are condiments at the window.

How to use the Tap Wall

The tap wall can be operated through a pre-filled RFID card provided to you at an Tap wall Ambassador Station.

1) Go to a Tap Wall Ambassador Station

2) Select your desired payment amount. The Ambassador fill up an RFID Card

3) Tap on the sensor

4) Open tap & pour

5) Close the tap !

Q1) What if I want to use cash?

A1) The tapwall ambassador is empowered to take cash when needed.

Q2) Can I refill my RFID card?

A2) Yes you can refill the RFID cards.

Q3) Do we get to keep our RFID cards once the night is over?

A3) Please use the card all the way up - they expire on the night you fill them. Please return them so that they can be used again for another guest.
